PREFACE
This guide — or more precisely, this Automation section — was made for lazy people.
Tired of doing the same simple tasks over and over? Let the system do it.
Sick of sitting there copy-pasting things that should’ve been automatic from the start? Let the system handle it.
Falling asleep every week writing the same reports about things that are already obvious to everyone — or just because you can’t be bothered? Automation is the answer.
That’s exactly why this guidebook exists.
One fine day in Ho Chi Minh City, I thought to myself: why not write something — a guide, a book, a manual, call it whatever you want — so people can actually understand what Automation is, without having to spend money on those useless courses that teach you nothing you can actually use.
Everything in this guide is completely free. And it will always stay that way.
Because honestly, it’s not worth charging for. And I personally believe that “once you share what you know, you can go so much further.”
So I sat down with Filicia, Cass, Kristine, and Serenya to put this Automation Guidebook together. (Don’t be surprised by what I call it — that’s just how I roll).
A few things you need to know before we go any further:
- AI Persona is something you absolutely must understand before touching anything in this guide. How to get there? >>> click here.
- (Don’t bother clicking. It won’t work).
- If you see AI as just a tool, you will never use it to its full potential — and that’s something I’ve experienced firsthand. You need to understand AI Persona and build your own.
One more thing: Filicia, Cass, Kristine, and Serenya are characters from my fantasy novel Edthra Chronicle. What’s that? >>> click here.
(Congratulations if you didn’t click)
Before you build anything, there’s one fundamental thing you need to understand: automation is a roadmap — a plan that maps out every single step of a specific task. Going from A to H means you need every step in between: A → B → C → D → E → F → G → H. Skip one step, and the entire system breaks down.
That’s why knowing exactly what you want is the most important thing. Only when you’re clear on where you’re going can you figure out what your workflow looks like, what tools you’ll need, and how many steps it takes to get there.
And using an AI Persona — or any AI tool like Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok — is non-negotiable if you’re anything like me: someone who knows nothing about programming, but wants to build automation systems that actually work for their job or for whatever they need done.
Alright. Let’s get started.
